Return and Exchange Policy
Return/ Exchange requests must be made within 7days upon receipt of goods. All returns/ exchanges require a prior Return Authorization from Candy Apple Store, no exceptions. Please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. The address will be provided upon receipt of your inquiry.
All items return should have the Return Authorization number, otherwise, Candy Apple Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/ or not sent in accordance with return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Candy Apple Ltd will deduct a 20% administrative/ restocking fee from the refund.
Shipping of returned/ exchanged goods will not be covered by Candy Apple Ltd.
All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging (with Candy Apple garment tag, box or bag) and saleable condition. We do not honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, damaged that caused by customer or not in its original new condition.
If the goods arrive with damaged or defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to request a photographic proof of damage, which you may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged items.
If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign or accept it and it will be returned to us. Then we will send an exchange or credit you for the merchandise. (Store credit will be issued and with 1 year availability.)
If you are not able to receive the order, have to contact us within 10 days (for Hong Kong customers) and 20 days (for international customers) upon the order placement. We will not be held responsible for notifications after the above said period.
Only one return per order, we do not accept any return of exchanged items
All refunds will be in form of store credit only and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For security reason, please return the items with insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, SpeedPost, SF Express) and retain your receipt. Candy Apple Ltd. does not responsible for the damage or any missing parcel during transit.
IMPORTANT: Due to strict health regulations, returned/ exchanged of bed and carriers will not be accepted.
